First off, bologna. You DO have time, you just may need to prioritize things differently. But here's the thing - this is one of the most common questions I get. "How do you find the time to do it?" Building a business on Instagram takes TIME. We're all busy - not just the moms, or the students, or the one with three jobs...all of us. It's what you do with your time that will make you stand out. Boom. Here are 3 tips for INTENTIONAL business building on Instagram: Tip 1: Engage Take 30-60 minutes every day to searchthe explore page for your perfect customer. What hashtags are they using? Who's account are they hanging out on? Find them, and talk to them. Talk about THEM not you. Also, no emoji's....we're talking real conversation here.
Tip 2: Don't go in blindly! Have a PLAN! Work backwards from your goal and put together a strategic approach to what you post, who you're posting for, why you're posting, when you're posting, and how you're adding value to someone's life. Tip 3: Above all - BE CONSISTENT
Your customers want to trust that you're going to deliver. Once you have a plan, stick to it and don't give up. Adjust accordingly, but never ghost your followers. It won't happen over night, but with a consistent plan, it WILL happen.
BONUS TIP: Don't forget to nurture your current audience! They hit that follow button for a reason. Keep a relationship going with them, too!
