Apps and Platforms We Use to Run a Social Media Agency

We're a team of five over here, so streamlining project deadlines and tasks is really important! Trello, Asana, Clickup and Airtable are all very similar and allow us to keep everything organized. This is where we collaborate, brainstorm, and keep track of deadlines for any upcoming team and client tasks!
For quick and easy communication with our team, Slack is our go-to platform. It’s great for private and group messages so everyone’s “in the know”. We also use Slack to communicate and share files/content with our clients.
We've tried several….and I mean SEVERAL scheduling tools, and we always come back to Later. It has everything we're looking for. Not only can you schedule and auto-publish your content, but you get in-depth analytics, hashtag suggestions, and really great customer service! There are alternatives to Later, like; Planoly, Creator Studio, Loomly, and Sprout Social. They each have their own pro's and con's, so we suggest diving into your own research!
🎨 Canva & Adobe Suite | Graphics
Did you know that we offer brand development and website design, too? It's a big part of our agency, actually! We get it - most graphic designers don't love Canva, but we're all about working smarter, not harder! Canva is an excellent tool for quick, branded graphics for social media. It has some really awesome features, especially if you're just starting out. We are attached to the Adobe Suite as well. Photoshop and Illustrator? DREAM combo. This is where we take the design and graphics to the next level – for ourselves and for our clients. With full creative freedom, we’re able to let our imaginations run wild and create amazing content with these tools!
Dubsado is the best CRM that we have worked with (and you can't beat the price)! A CRM tool like Dubsado saves us SO much time by automating systems and workflows. For example, if a client fills out a lead form from our website, we have a whole series of calendars, scheduling requests, emails and links being sent to them without us ever lifting a finger!

Email marketing is a powerful tool, but let’s be honest: sometimes they’re easy to ignore. We love Flodesk because it allows us to create on-brand, eye-catching emails to help us generate leads and ultimately close sales! Tailwind is similar to Later, but is one of the few tools that can schedule content for Pinterest! Just one less thing we have to remember to post. Check out our Pinterest page
Taxes. Everyone’s least favorite topic. That’s why we love Catch, because it makes taxes much less daunting. Catch allows us to automatically withhold money from our earnings and pay our taxes so we’re not caught off guard come tax time – because no one wants that kind of surprise!
What good are any of these tools if you don’t know how they’re helping you grow? We use Whatagraph to pull and review all of our analytics. That way, we know exactly how we’re performing and where there may be room for improvement.
Aside from making our lives 100x easier, the best thing about each of these systems is they’re easy to use! You don’t have to be a biz wiz or need a ton of training to implement these tools into your business toolkit. You’ve got this!
